Our Shipping Policy

We currently only ship within Singapore

Orders over $99
Free delivery! After all discounts and promotions are applied. Same day delivery if placed before 2pm.

Orders below $99
$15 flat rate delivery fee.

Same Day Delivery
Orders placed by 2pm latest will be delivered between by 10pm on the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm will be fulfilled earliest the next day.

Self-pick up

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer any self pick-up options

Delivery Scheduling
You may schedule your delivery for up to 5 days after your order is placed. Please leave a note in your order and we will contact you to confirm.

Delivery Changes
If you need to alter your delivery schedule, please inform us as soon as possible and we will be happy to adjust if the package hasn’t left.

Gifts
If your delivery is a gift, please inform us of the name and contact number of the intended recipient and that someone at the address will be present to receive the goods.

Please Note
Due to refrigeration required to ensure freshness and intended quality, we request that a recipient that is above 18 years of age to be present to receive the goods. The shipping fee will be forfeit if someone is not present to receive the goods, and for free deliveries a $15 levy will be added on top for returns. 

We will do our best to fulfill all orders within the delivery time frame, but cannot offer a guarantee. If for any reason the delivery is made outside the time frame, we will do our due diligence to contact you in advance over phone or email. By placing an order you agree that Juju Brews will not be held liable if the original delivery schedule is not adhered to.

Refund Policy
If we are unable to fulfill any of your orders due to Juju Brew’s error (inventory, etc.), we will issue you a refund within 24 hours of the error.

In the event where a refund is requested due to a cancelled/erroneous order or reasons beyond Juju Brew’s control, we are happy to issue a refund minus the Stripe transaction fee. This is calculated as 3.4% + $0.50 of your order amount, as per Stripe’s standard pricing.
